At Springhead Park, Geography is taught through our experiential ethos, using a hands on approach. Children are given real life, memorable experiences which drives their curiosity and inspires them to find out even more. The knowledge and skills are taught progressively from Early Years to Year 6, therefore the children are continually building on their locational, place and human and physical geography knowledge, as well as progressively developing their fieldwork and observational skills. Children leave SHP inspired and empowered to use these transferable skills throughout their future lives
