Welcome to Springhead Park Primary School's Nursery!

We are a 52 place nursery who offer 30 or 15 hours a week per child who are aged 3 and above. 

Morning session

9.00am to 12.00am

Afternoon Session

12.30 to 3.30pm

All day session

9.00am to 3.30pm

Daily Routine

A typical session in the nursery involves a combination of direct teaching and child initiated learning. We start our day with activities to support physical development such as Dough Disco or Squiggle while you wiggle. We also include short bursts of small group adult-led activities which are related to the termly topic. Our topic is always themed around books and children carry out activities relating to this. We also plan in the moment and follow the interests of the children by bringing their imaginative play to life. Children also have plenty of time for independent learning through play, where they can hone their social skills and make friends
